Currently we are only utilizing the shipping methods of Canada Post. Should we decide to use another provider, an email will be sent along with the providers tracking information for your purchase. At the moment our flat rate shipping fee is set to $25.00. Orders placed before 2:00PM will be shipped out same day. Orders placed after 2:00PM will be shipped out next day.

CanPeps is not liable for delivery issues or lost packages resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer. Typically, orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Domestic shipping via Canada Post or private couriers usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
